"THE DORADO BURGER"
Based on a Birria style Dorado Taco, this burger will send you to the beaches of Mexico, on the vacation you deserve!! Birria is a wonderful method of stewing chunks of beef that have been marinated in a blend of guajillo, ancho and chipotle peppers and a variety of other classic mexican flavours. The liquid gold that the birria produces gets served on the side for your sipping and/or dipping pleasure. Served "Dorado" typically refers to the taco shells which have been crisped up in the chili infused rendered beef fat from the Birria.
Here is our take: Dorado Toasted Buns with our All Beef Smash Patty, Bothwell Mozza and Shredded Birria Beef stuffed in and griddled till golden brown, with Pickled Red Onion, Chipotle and Garlic Crema, Pico de Gallo on the side and Birria Broth to dip or sip.

This local burger is an amazing burger bursting with traditional flavors with a new twist! Starting with a HOMEMADE (made in house) Potato Bacon bun!! We added fresh leaf lettuce, crispy crunchy onions, creamy Caesar dressing, bacon, locally made Farmer sausage patty, locally made Munster cheese. We are delighted to share this "Farmer's Bounty" with you!
