"BIGG SMOAK BBQ BURGER"
It starts with three 4 oz Wagyu smash burgers... the first patty topped with new Bothwell muenster cheese, and sautéed sliced mushrooms. The second patty is topped with double maple smoked bacon and maple smoked extra old cheddar. The third patty is topped with black truffle Monterey Jack topped with maple chili bacon jam with smokey BBQ aioli, sliced tomato and arugula. All placed between a grilled split butter brioche bun, pinned together with our chicken fried brisket cubes and sliced dill pickles.
"THE HONEY BACON CAJUN (HBC)"
Pure Canadian beef burger, topped with locally sourced Bothwell Monterey Jack cheese, honey-drizzled bacon, Cajun garlic butter, sautéed onions, fresh tomatoes, arugula, and topped with Cajun jalapeno mayo on a toasted Brioche bun. Includes choice of Caesar, Garden Salad or Fries.
Introducing Big Red! This handmade angus-beef burger comes with all things red. Beautifully roasted red peppers and fresh sliced red tomatoes. Savoury red onion and zucchini in a balsamic vinaigrette marinade gives this unique burger some pizzazz. Topped with pepperoni, mozza cheese and finished with a deep-fried pickle.

From farm to table, Manitoba offers it all, and we are thrilled to create a burger style pizza! Starting with our house made Mustard Jalapeño BBQ sauce, then topped with local beef, pancetta, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and loads of local cheddar cheese. Topped with jalapeño chips and sesame seeds, then drizzled with our special Burger Mayo!

This mouth-watering burger is a game changer! Includes a fresh toasted brioche bun, topped with special zesty sauce and two seasoned smashed local beef patties with melted cheese. As well, fresh lettuce, new spicy onion straws, tomato, and house made maple bacon mayo. Topped with fried pickle spears and paired with warm salted chippers and our famous tzatziki dipping sauce.
"THE GOLDEN BACON CHEESE BURGER"Two 2oz Squealer Patties (a blend of beef and bacon), two slices of Bothwell cheddar melty cheese, braised cured pork belly, cheddar mayo, bacon jam, and house pickles, all on a butter toasted 24k edible gold topped cheddar bun.

Welcome to the Island! You can't travel far this summer... but you CAN travel to our temporary "island" of flavour! This burger is jam packed with flavours, starting with the subtle flavour of our very own homemade dill pickle bun and the New B's signature beef patty. We've added some refreshing pickled veggies and pickles and, for some extra crunch, our onion rings were a perfect fit! Of course, we added a New Bothwell favourite - the ever flavourful smoked Gouda cheese. As if this wasn't flavourful enough, we complete this masterpiece with our incredible homemade sauce coined "B's Island Sauce".
"THE BACK NINE BURGER"
Fresh cheddar bun dressed with garlic aioli, our 6oz. ground chuck beef patty, fried onions, double cheddar cheese, ham sausage, crisp bacon, sliced pickles, fresh sliced tomato and lettuce.
"GOURMET SURF & TURF BURGER"
Our burger starts with a 3oz certified Angus beef seasoned and wrapped around a 3oz marinated lobster patty and grilled to perfection with melted swiss and roasted asparagus. Topped with Thermidor aioli lettuce, tomato, sweet corn relish and caramelized onions.
Well it's been tested, tested.. tested.. and then tested again. Now I might need heart surgery. Totally worth it! This is the DFB. A homemade 6 oz beef patty on a kaiser bun with bacon, mozzarella, pickles, mayo, homemade thousand island and fried mushrooms and onions, breaded as a whole and then deep fried! Served with a side of fresh tomato salsa! It's too good, come check it out yourself!
"MONTE BENNIE BURGER"
This Monte Bennie Burger is a great excuse to order a burger for breakfast and breakfast for dinner! Smitty's house-made, hand-pressed patty is stacked with shaved ham, turkey, mozza and cheddar cheeses, topped with a perfectly poached egg, and smothered in hollandaise. Served on our house bun with lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayo and a pickle.
